we ordered 2 steaks with a side dish from Blockhaus Ahrensburg / Takeaway-Service and were VERY disappointed with the service ... although our order was confirmed with the pick-up time of 18:00, my husband had to wait almost 1 hour in front of the door for the pickup because the order was not prepared at the time entered. When the order was packed, my husband was told that the steak we ordered had not been grilled So, at home we found 10 in the pack Minutes later ice-cold meat (although it was supposedly already grilled) with a salad WITHOUT any dressing ... catastrophic service and total chaos reigns at the log cabin in Ahrensburg ... a shame ... we have always enjoyed being there in the past ...

Tried the delivery service today. Fast, warm and complete. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, the steak rare was completely raw on one side, including the outer edge. The cook should notice that. Unfortunately we found out after our meal that we were charged for an additional salad. One call and the matter was resolved quickly and courteously. Money and log cabin products as an excuse were also delivered. thanks

For the first time I ordered two steak dishes with delivery service from Blockhouse Ahrensburg. Ordering by phone was easy and friendly, the food was delivered on time, and the steaks I ordered medium-sized tasted very good. The Blockhouse employee who delivered the food was also very friendly. You could pay in cash and with all known credit cards.

On 25.12. Ordered two goose legs to take away - the meal was ready on time, very tasty and hot even at home. A great joy.

I don't understand why I was harassed with advertisements for block house last week. Why are they so aggressive? Not only is there clearly NO ADVERTISING on my mailbox. My neighbors also feel annoyed if the clear signs are ignored. Clearly negative advertising!

Today we ordered steaks and a great crab starter with delivery service. The food arrived very punctually (when the gong struck :-) and it was hot! Everything was nicely packaged and tasted extremely good. Professional delivery service.We will definitely do it again

A really great experience. The waiters were wonderful, always ready to help. I ordered the very firts steak on the menu and I was really happy with it.

Very tasty food and customer service is excellent they are all very friendly ... I can only recommend it to others.

Food is of good quality and ready very quickly. You only have to wait a little longer for the invoice and to place another order. But the staff is mostly very nice.

Wanted something to eat today. We were not noticed as guests. That’s it in the Blockhouse Ahrensburg. We have been here very often. We couldn't order and then left without anything to eat. There was simply no service.

Steaks were tasty, but the baked potatoes were a failure: they all had shoots and one was moldy. With both complaints, we had to justify that we complained. There was no excuse for it, that could happen was the reason ... bad service, that used to be better.

Food was tasty. But it has become more expensive and the onion soup is even smaller. Price performance is no longer ok We used to eat here often. But just 50 € for 2 meals with 1 drink is not cheap.

Selection of dishes very small and also totally excessive prices for pre-cooked menus. Only the meat is freshly prepared. Otherwise, however, okay and clean.
